Summary: Loading, unloading, delivery and placement of Housekeeping supplies and linens. Additional duties include answering guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

1.  Loading, unloading, delivery and placement of Housekeeping supplies       

    and linens.

2.  Pick-up and delivery to Food and Beverage, Marina, Spa and Golf Shop. 3.  Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times.

4.  Check to see that the shuttle van has a full tank of gas at the

    beginning of the shift.

5.  Respond to guest, lead and room attendant requests as needed.

6.  Ensure early morning newspaper delivery to rooms.

7.  Be able to lift up to 75 pounds, walk and climb stairs through

    out the shift.

8.  Be at least 18 years old and able to get a Missouri E or Arkansas D    

    with a “P” designated driver's license.

7.  Perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Be at least 18, have a safe driving record and a Missouri class "E" or Arkansas "P" designated driver's license.

Other Skills and Abilities:  The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
