Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: To research cost savings solutions and implement alternative energy design solutions and to dissect Hot SOS call for algorithms of reappearing equipment failures, and give the information to the director. Energy management will consist of researching and giving the finding to the director to implement changes in equipment used now to an alternative source. If savings are an archival and a renewable source then we can promote it to Bass Pro stores and Cabela's. To provide checks and balances, keeping the Engineering department accountable for repairs that need done on equipment that has a reacquiring issue. To research energy loads on building and come up with solutions to save energy. 


  • Energy management solutions 50%
  • Hot Sos-Hotel Service Optimization System, is the program that all of our service calls come in on and distributed to departments 50%. 
  • To schedule service techs and outside contractors to complete Hot SOS service and repair, that are more than a typical time frame for completion.

    This would also be for scheduling seasonal PM and capital projects as it relates to Facilities Maintenance.


      Minimum Degree Required:  High School Diploma or GED

       Preferred Degree: N/A

       Certificate(s) or License(s): Missouri class P or Arkansas class E

       Experience: 5 plus years' maintenance, writing of equipment serviceability criteria, SOP. To interpret diagrams and    graphs to complete the task. To use Hot SOS and be able to utilize the information that is gathered from guest comments.
