Summary:  To answer and process calls received for resort transportation in accordance with company standards.  Effectively communicate with Shuttle Drivers, as well as Associates in other departments, including Wilderness Club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  1. Answer all calls in a friendly and prompt manner.
  2. Maintain accurate Shuttle logs.
  3. Effectively handle two-way radio system, keeping in constant contact with Shuttle Drivers.
  4. Ensure daily Event Sheet is current and refer guests to correct location(s).
  5. Keep up-to-date on any and all changes by reading incoming memos and communicating with management.  This includes requesting clarification for area(s) of concern.
  6. Maintain excellent relationship with all departments in order to provide the most efficient service for our Guests.
  7. Cross-train in other related areas, including Shuttle Driver.
  8. Must have safe driving record and a Missouri E or Arkansas class D with “P” endorsement driver’s license.
  9. Will perform other related duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: 

High school diploma or equivalence; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:  

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other associates of the organizations.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.

Reasoning Ability:  

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Skills and Abilities:  

The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
