Days, Evenings Sat, Sun & Holidays Required

.    Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

2.    Promote the Spa by providing information about the services and

      products offered.

3.    Make reservations for Spa guests.

4.    Distribute promotional literature.

5.    Maintain inventory of Spa supplies.

6.    Maintain inventory of retail products.

7.    Maintain supply of fresh linens. Collect used sheets and towels    

      and store in proper area. Bags of used linens can weigh 40 plus

      pounds.

8.    Change the water bottle in the dispenser as needed.

9.    Maintain a cash drawer and balance at the end of the shift, run

      reports and make a bank drop at the end of shift.

10.   Will perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:  One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills:  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

Mathematical Skill: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

 

 

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Computer Skills:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of 10-key Accounting software; Lotus Notes Internet software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Perfect, Microsoft Word Processing software. Experience with Springer Miller software is a plus.
