Closing Shift- Fridays a MUST

** Closing shift- 9:00pm every night starting Memorial Day, shift ends between 9:30-10:00.    Must be able to work Friday night and either Saturday or Sunday night. **

POSITION SUMMARY: The role of the Retail Cashier supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, consistent brand experience and the ability to build emotional connection with the guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Models the BIG Experience in all guest interactions providing genuine Ozarks hospitality and outstanding service.
  • Processes transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Ability to perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Stays up to date on product knowledge to make accurate to beneficial recommendations to guests.
  • Stays up to date on resort-wide knowledge to share with guests in a confident and fun manner.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and insight regarding inventory levels, customer feedback and product requests and can suggest alternate options (SWAT).
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Other duties as assigned, reports to Store Manager

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum Degree Required:    High School Diploma or Equivalent OR working towards

  • Customer service skills- Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful way, giving others confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
